Information garnered from EHR data provides you and your practice with the information needed to improve patient care and optimize clinical operations. Vestrum Health’s extensive reporting is securely compiled from your EHR data allowing you to benchmark against regional and national practice analytics.

Our panel members rely on our monthly Quick Trends reports, as well as additional services including Clinical Trials Recruitment Acceleration Program Identification Reporting, COVID-19 Impact on Practice Report, Referring Physicians Identification, Anti-VEGF Injections Analysis, and Custom Reporting. Vestrum Health is also currently in the process of further diversifying to include ophthalmology and related specialties.

Quick Trends

Monthly and 12-month moving total reports containing trends in patient encounters, injections, drugs used, time between injections, visual acuity outcomes for Anti-VEGF patients, RVU analysis and a number of other indicators.

Report is at physician level and each metric is benchmarked against the practice, regional and national averages.

Physician Research

Vestrum analysts support physicians conducting their own research.

Researcher establishes the clinical question and experienced Vestrum analysts prepare the data as directed by the researcher. Vestrum provides input on what is available in the database and may offer suggestions on both the analysis and graphic/tabular layouts.

There is no charge unless the report is being sponsored or if it is an extensive study.

Clinical Research Recruitment Acceleration Program (RAP) Identification Reporting

Vestrum contracts with trial sponsors to provide participating practices with the identity of patients who have a high probability of qualifying for the trial.

Principle Investigators and clinical trial coordinators benefit from the reduction in the manual work of finding qualifying patients. No need to sort through volumes of patient records so you can focus on those patients with high probability of qualifying.

Selection process even looks ahead for patients who may meet trial protocol in the near future. Practice can flag the patient at next visit or contact to determine interest.

Allows practice to recruit more patients in an accelerated timeframe.

COVID-19 Impact on Practice Report

Weekly detailed report quantifying effect on numbers of patients, encounters, injections and other treatments, before, during and after the epidemic.

Includes types of patients treated and not treated by clinical indicators.

Referring Physicians Identification

Identify referring physician trends.

Payer Step Therapy Edits

Analysis of dates between Anti-VEGF injections which helps to identify patients that were injected in less than 4 weeks, contrary to a payer’s directive.

Provide independent analysis proving practice is following Step therapy as dictated by a specific payer.

MIPS data report

Vestrum works with MarsdenAdvisors, the leading advisors on MIPS reporting and which provides extensive help on your MIPS related activities.

Vestrum and MarsdenAdvisors can generate monthly or quarterly reports containing MIPS factors, so you know in advance where you stand.

Vestrum can provide most data required by MIPS automatically, either to your practice or to your consultants. This makes data retrieval and reporting much more efficient.

Billing Integration with EHR Data

Includes benchmark analysis for charges by diagnostic codes, type of payer and modifier code usage. Drill down into benchmark billing and compare to averages for practices of the same size.

Analysis is by physician and for the practice all compared to averages for your region and nationally.

Report provides certainty you are not an outlier with respect to coding and in particular, the use of modifier codes.

Identify maximums paid for each service/drug by payer.

Measure time to payment by payer.
